Since its establishment, Çeliktaş Tekstil has continuously expanded and updated its facilities, operating in its 9500 m² closed area factory located in İkitelli OSB. Depending on the type of fabric, we have a daily production capacity of 16 to 24 tons of circular knit fabric. Our production line, designed with the sensitivity of deadlines for our valued customers, is interactively and online monitored with six open-width fabric inspection stations in addition to 125 open-width knitting machines. Our system, where every stage of production is recorded, aims to minimize error factors.

Our dyeing partners are environmentally friendly dye houses with OEKO-TEX certification. Customer reports are recorded to enable quality standardization in repeat orders. We aim to achieve a more environmentally friendly product range by increasing the use of regenerated, organic, recycled, and sustainable fibers in our creations every year.
